''Neodactria oktibbeha'' is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Landry and Brown in 2005. It is found in central Mississippi, where it is only known from prairie remnants in the Black Belt of Oktibbeha County and Lowndes County. The wingspan is 23–28 mm for males and 20–31 mm for females. The forewings are brownish grey, with tricolored scales in various shades of brown.
